刘欣，湖北十堰人，原籍竹山，中国书画家协会会员，十堰市书协会员，武当派书画院院士，几次参加国展均获奖，中国各大媒体网站均有报道，坚持临贴四十多年，楷，行，隶，篆均可驾驭，笔耕近五十年，苦临历代名家名贴，在迎接建党百年及党的二十大召开，并被文旅部授于人民艺术家，并授牌“中华艺术名家”。2023年被中央电视台《艺术传承》栏目组聘请为“首席客座教授”，文旅部并将部分书法作品隆重推荐到一带一路世界诸多国家，树立了大国形象，后期又为茅台国礼酒策划艺术包装，受到茅台酒厂的采纳及赞扬。
